Why have I received an email from SAS requesting my bank details?

Since we cannot reverse the amount automatically, we need the bank details to transfer the amount to a bank to your bank account. The email is sent from noreply@flysas.com which is owned by SAS and the link is unique and encrypted. We will delete all data provided by you as soon as the refund has been completed. Any processing charges/fees for SEPA- and local payments will be covered by SAS. Contact details can be found on our contact page if you need assistance.
