Yes, you can. You can get a full refund within 24 hours of booking. If you bought your ticket less than 24 hours before departure you can get a full refund up to 12 hours before departure. For bookings made on our website, SAS App or trough SAS Customer Service, you can cancel your booking by using the link in the confirmation email or under My bookings.
Note, if your travel dates have already passed at the time of requesting a refund, please use this form.
For cancellations more than 24 hours after booking, your refund will be calculated based on the ticket rules and conditions of carriage.
