You can cancel your trip by using the link in the confirmation email or on our website. For cancellations more than 24 hours after booking, contact SAS Customer Service. If you're entitled to a refund, it will be credited to the card you used to pay.
When you book on our website, you can get a full refund within 24 hours of booking. If you bought you ticket less than 24 hours before departure, you can get a refund up to 12 hours before departure.
