SAS Corporate Booking Tool closed on January 31, 2021. Now applies our new online solution SAS Corporate Portal. In the portal you can continue to make and manage bookings directly with SAS.

SAS Corporate Portal will meet the needs of both travel administrators and business travelers.

As a travel administrator, you will still have full control over your company’s travels. You decide who has access to the portal and what rights the employee should have. You can also book trips on behalf of other employees and get your company's agreed discounted fares. As a traveler, you can book and manage all your own business trips through your private SAS profile.

SAS Corporate Portal

Get started

You can already now start managing your business trips in the SAS Corporate Portal via your SAS profile. You must use the same username and password as for your private SAS profile. Your login to the SAS Corporate Booking Tool will not work. If you don't have a SAS profile, you can create a new account.

Connecting to the new portal is easy and takes just a few minutes. All you have to do is follow the instructions in our step-by-step guide.

Book business trip

In the portal, you get direct access to the company's discounted fares on SAS flights and an extended range of travel extras.

If you want to book at a different price or to a destination that is not covered by your SAS For Business agreement you can easily switch the mode from "Corporate" to "Private" when you're logged into you SAS profile.

In the portal, it's not possible to book hotels, rental cars or airline tickets with our partner airlines.

Travel administrator

If you have booked a trip at a discounted fare for a traveler, you can see and cancel the trip in the portal under "My Company bookings". You can also add travel extras such as select/change seat or add/change baggage. To rebook your trip, contact SAS Customer Service.

Traveler

Payment methods

In SAS Corporate Portal you can pay using payment cards. Other payment options may be available depending on market.

3D secure card payments

According to EU directive about Strong Customer Authentication SAS is performing a 3D Secure request on all transactions. It might be that you will need to do an authentication at point of payment.

3D Secure authentication will not be requested for transactions with a Diners Travel Account. For all other cards being personal or corporate it might be requested.

For transactions with a Diners Travel Account no 3D Secure authentication will be requested but for all other cards being personal or corporate it might be requested If several users are buying tickets with the same card stored in the corporate profile please make sure it is a Travel Account. If a private or corporate plastic card being used, all users need to store individual cards into their individual profiles.

Statistics

You can access future corporate bookings via SAS Corporate Portal under "My Bookings" if you are a traveler and under “Company Bookings” if you are a travel administrator.

Get started

You can book and manage Travel Pass Punch and Unlimited and Travel Pass Corporate trips in the SAS Travel Pass portal.

To obtain travel administrator rights for your company, contact SAS Corporate Sales Center.

traveler

You must add your Travel Pass number to your private SAS profile to get started in the SAS Travel Pass portal. You do this under "Settings". As a traveler, you can also book and manage your Travel Pass trips in the SAS App. If you can't see your Travel Pass products in the app, log out and log in again.

You must use the same username and password as for your private SAS profile. Your login to the SAS Corporate Booking Tool will not work. If you don't have a SAS profile, you can create a new account.

Book a trip with Travel Pass

Travel administrator

If you want to book and manage your Travel Pass bookings, login to your private SAS profile and select “My Travel Pass”. As a travel administrator you can also book Travel Pass Punch for others.

It's currently not possible to book Travel Pass Corporate and Travel Pass Unlimited for others.

Traveler

If you want to book and manage your Travel Pass bookings, log in to your private SAS profile and select choose “My Travel Pass”.

Travel administrator

If you have booked a Travel Pass prepaid or Travel Pass Corporate trip on behalf of a traveler, you can rebook the trip in the SAS Corporate Booking Tool until December 31, 2020. For rebooking after December 31, 2020, contact SAS Customer Service.

Traveler

The easiest way to manage your Travel Pass trips is via the SAS App. In the app you can see, rebook and cancel all your Travel Pass prepaid and Travel Pass Corporate bookings.

Statistics

Traveler administrator

Access reports and statistics on your business travel through “My Travel Pass” in your private SAS profile. See statistics of completed trips and access your travel receipts. If you are a travel administrator, you will also find a list of the travelers connected to your Travel Pass. Reports can easily be exported to Microsoft Excel.
